Include all three dimensions.
Send the intended length, width and height, units and exact model revision. Mark any face or feature whose orientation matters. Overall shape, print arrangement and material need consideration together; an individual model’s printable size must be confirmed.
Explain whether it must stay in one piece.
State any one-piece requirement, visible-face priority and assembly constraints. If a design change is acceptable, explain what may change and what must remain fixed. CAD design enquiries can establish the modelling scope before printing is priced.
Keep the quantity attached to the model.
For repeated larger parts, use a separate line for each model revision and quantity. Include intended use, handling, destination and required date. Our small-batch preparation guide shows the information to gather.
Contact us about the larger model or use Get an Instant Quote for a supported print-ready file. Discuss feasibility if the form does not cover the requirement.
