Do you have large-format FDM and resin printers?
Yes. Our Manchester workshop has a fleet of 20+ printers, with FDM, large-format FDM and resin printing available. The actual model, dimensions, material and process need to be considered for your job.
Which files can I upload?
Read the accepted formats and file-size limit before entering your details. Choose one file at a time. With a multi-part 3MF, one set contains one of each selected part. Contact us if the items need different quantities or the file needs CAD changes.
Does “ten parts” mean ten identical copies?
It can, but the brief should say so. Give each exact model revision its own quantity. Ten copies of one revision and five copies of each of two revisions describe different requests. See the bracket example.
How should I name left and right versions?
Use a distinct part or variant ID for each, define the view used for left/right, and include an annotated image. Keep the revision and quantity with each file. See the variant example.
Will the file name set the quantity in the quote form?
Check and set the form’s quantity and available options yourself. A naming convention is supporting information, not an automatic instruction to the calculator. Contact us before ordering if a mixed set cannot be described clearly in the form.
What if I am still deciding between revisions?
Explain the question you want a prototype to answer. If you want a comparison, specify the versions and quantities deliberately. For geometry changes, start with CAD design.
Can I specify a visible face?
Yes. Mark the face on a view of the current model and explain the appearance you need. This gives the print discussion a clear surface priority; the process, orientation, support strategy and agreed finish still matter. Prepare your brief.
Are the example images customer orders or workshop photographs?
They are labelled AI-generated illustrations. The workshop scene is imagined, and the design studies use fictional briefs. Confidential customer projects are kept private.
Can I collect or visit the workshop?
Orders are delivery only. Workshop collection and customer visits are not available.
Does 48-hour dispatch mean arrival within 48 hours?
The timing refers to dispatch. If you need it, ask us to confirm eligibility and arrangements for your particular job before ordering. Turnaround and delivery.
How do I begin?
Use Get an Instant Quote: add your details, then upload and preview your model and choose the available print and delivery options. For a model that needs creating or changing, use the CAD design route.
